Looking For A Camper Shell

I’ve searched the sale section far and wide. Don’t mean to clog up the forums, but I’m located in Central VA area and if anyone has or comes across a CrewMax short bed camper shell for a 2016 Tundra could you please DM me? Teamwork makes the dream work, right? Thanks Tundra fam!

 

Offerup, Craigslist, Facebook. Those are the best spots. You have to be ready to go with cash in hand. I've seen 3 or 4 for my 2018 Crewmax in white, and all have sold in 1 day.

 

Quick search in FB marketplace. . It's in MD but I don't know how "central" VA you are..

 

I searched when I got my truck and its like a needle in a haystack finding the right shell for your truck, sometimes obviously you can get very lucky, goes the same for people selling them. Caps add 0 resale to a truck so sometimes people look for caps on trucks for sale and are able to buy the cap from the dealer/person selling the truck. I gave up looking and just bought a new one because my truck was brand new and I wanted a cap asap.

 

Best part of CM is the back window. Why you want to cover that up??

The only reason I actually bought a CM is to put a cap on it and be able to put the window down and keep the dogs in the bed.
