Hi everyone, Im not the biggest online presence, but do like scouring the forums for ideas, parts, and modifications. Im big into exploring new locations and setting up my vehicles as more of a low-profile utilitarian/disaster preparedness style. Having been through a couple hurricanes and blizzards in the different locations I have lived, I find it very important to have a capable vehicle that will take care of you and others in a responsive situation.

I recently moved from Chevy to Toyota, purchasing my first Tundra a month or 2 ago. A sweet deal low mileage SR5 with a Kings suspension already added, so I couldn't pass it up. Learning the ins and outs of it and already adding on new modifications and creature comforts.

One thing I can't seem to get past is the small fuel tank on the SR5. Does anyone else have this issue where they feel like they need to fuel up every few days? I know all about the 30+ gal tank in the higher level trims, and one of the members here doing a retrofit to a larger tank, but with the MTE never changing for him, i'm unsure if i want to do this modification or keep an eye out for a SR5 TRD with the larger tank since I would also really like the locking diff as well.

In the meantime, saving up for lighting, tonneau, and wrestling between the JB4 and pedal monster/iDash combo. Looking forward to seeing the builds and adventures.
