So about a month ago I somehow locked myself out of my console safe. I have the digital cypher lock. I keep my ID in there that I use to get on base. Needless to say, I was late to work that morning. It was a long shot but I figured I would call their 800 number at 6 AM their time and leave a message. They actually answered. There is a serial number on the side of the lock that she asked for. She took that number and actually drove to the office to get the master unlock code for me (each SN has its own code). She texted that code and the instructions. Doesn't get any better than that.

I've had a Lock'r Down safe in my 2018 since right after I bought it. Mine is key activated and the key is on a key chain that is always in my left front pocket. These are great console safes.
