What happens when you press either lock button on the inner door panel?

when i press the lock button it doesn't lock, you have to manually unlock it or lock it with the key if you are outside, the passenger door lock button will lock the doors except the drivers door.

Yup, sounds like the lock actuator motor.

See if it's just sticking first before you replace it.

how do i check it for sticking, and if it is just sticking then why does it respond to the speed and lock itself when i get up around 10/15 miles per hour?

Never replaced on my tundra but I have on another car. It's usually pretty simple. I would take the door panel off and just confirm it's a bad actuator and not just a rod that's bent or needs to be greased or something.

I’ve had my actuators in 3 out of 4 doors replaced twice (2007 Crewmax). Once under warranty, second time out of warranty, but under dealer’s good will. Now, 3 out of 4 are bad again, and the 4th is intermittent. The parts aren't cheap, even if you do it yourself.
