    2023 Tundra Platunum
    Hello! I have a 2023 Platinum and over the past month my live traffic intermittently works. Yes, I have the toggle on and my subscription is still active. Has anyone else experienced this? I’m trying to avoid a trip to the dealership if possible. Also, has anyone received any software updates? Thanks for any help!

    I would expect the live traffic problem to be an internet/server issue and not an issue with your truck head-unit. I doubt the dealership can do anything about it. I would complain to Toyota.

    Is this thru CarPlay, or thru the OEM Navigation system

    If thru the OEM system, do you have a paid wifi thru Toyota, or Bluetooth your phones data

    it’s all based off cellular so if you have a crap cell signal……everything follows suit.

    Hello, it’s through the factory system. The “green/red” lines are not showing on the map any longer. I’ve used in the same area without issue previously. My subscription is still active. If it was a server issue I would think many others would be affected. Thank you!
