for that price, why dont you look into the new Kenwood and JVC 10.1 inch units that just came out

If you are dead set on getting one - check this FB page out first.

For Sale - think he said $350.00 plus you pay shipping

Never heard of unime. If it’s cheap Chinese electronics and goes out, you loose everything including hvac.

Toyota Connected Service is new for the 2020s, and it works with a smartphone app that allows you to remotely start, stop, lock, unlock, and track your truck. As for your Entune Apps and Navigation not working, certain trim don't come with those features activated. What year, and trim do you have?

Not sure where you're seeing "unime", but LINKSWELL is a US company located in Southern California. I've spoken with them a few times, they seem like solid people that are trying to put out a quality product. I wanted to get one, but I use my Toyota Connected Services all the time.

Maybe it’s good. I don’t know. But even if it was kenwood or pioneer, I don’t know if I’d want everything controlled by something like that. Yes I know controls can break too.

On google the same radio comes up on every other site as a unimeauto brand.

Looks just like the tesla unit. I tried it out in my last truck, but ended up returning it. If it operated with the same software as my android phone, I would have kept it. But the software sucks, you can't just wire it up and start messing around with settings. As much as I hated the jbl system, I was happy to have it back in my truck once I returned the tesla unit.

I've just installed a Linkswell Gen 4 in my 2019 Tundra. I've been fiddling around with OBD Fusion, but I can't seem to find a obd reader that will work with the unit reliably. I have tried several general ELM327 units that the HU would only stay connected to for several seconds before disconnecting. I just bought a Veepeak BLE and it will not even connect to it. Of note, the first 2 generic obd units would work until the HU was installed into the dash, at which time they would both disconnect after a few seconds. I'm starting to think perhaps it is a problem with the HU itself. Is anybody using a OBD reader reliably with one of the tesla style head units?
