A few questions before anyone can help you…

How do you use the truck? Meaning do you tow a lot or carry a lot of weight in the bed? Cause if you do I wouldn’t recommend leveling unless you enhance the rear suspension.

Do you offroad? If yes than a coil over is a better option than spacers. If you don’t then a small strut spacer .50 (1 inch lift) is perfect IMHO.

There’s many variables here…give us some more info on the truck and it’s intended purposes…

    Welcome!

I tend to think bigger tires all around and a slight rake looks best, so that would mean raising the front slightly ("leveling") and then some medium shackles in the rear.

Actually these permutations was exactly and how they affect the decision. Sorry for less initial info. @Oey12

Stock Tundra 2021 4WD platinum this side recreational uses only, light off road for camping/fishing, not hardcore overland junkie, 85% driving on paved or tarred roads, however looking for increase ride value for driver and passenger and personalize the truck/it's close to my heart, using lift, coilovers combos, anti sway bars, good tires and rims etc.

    It’s all good…

As far as suspension, like I stated earlier, you can go with a spacer or a coil over.

I have Coachbuilder .50 spacers that gave me about an inch of lift and I love them. Especially with their alignment specs. I would only recommend these if A.) you like the factory ride (ride comfort is key for me because it my family vehicle) and B.) if you would be happy with one inch of lift.

An entry level coilover like the Bilstein 5100 is also a very good option but does stiffen the ride. Research the Eibach version…. IMHO they have a much better DD ride than Bilstein. I have owned 5100’s in multiple vehicles but fell in love with Eibachs on my 4Runner. Can’t go wrong with either.

The TRD sway bar is nothing short of perfection. It completely changed the handling and control. However it did stiffen the rear end firmness by a hair.
