Lift options

Hello new here. Just got a 2021 sr5 crewmax and looking for around 2-3 of lift. I ordered bilstein 5100s front and rear but do not know whether to go with the middlenor top setting, was also thinking of doing the .50 coachbuilder shims with the +3 shackle kit? I also have airbags for towing. Also trying to figure out a tire size to go with. I like the icon rebound 18x9 +25 and will go with them or something very close to offset. Pics of your setup with this would be awesome.
