Lift Kit Ok on a 2022 Platinum?

I have a 2022 Tundra Platinum edition. Truck is beautiful, bit I can't help but feel the truck "sits lower" than my previous four Tundra's (earlier generation). Not sure of this is in my head or legit?
Anyway, had a mechanic tell me today he could put a "one inch" lift on the truck (not sure if thats a body lift or a suspension lift, but he mentioned putting a "puck like" device to lift the truck?) He said (his words) that a one inch lift will have the truck look much better, but not interfer with the "ride quality" or the "gas mileage" of the truck. I told him let me do some research before he orders the parts, as I am doing that here with my fellow Tundra owners,
Can anyone tell me if a "one inch" lift on the very low sitting 2022 Tundra Platinum will have ANY negative effect on the truck, be it "ride quality or gas mileage?" Will it affect the different "drive modes" of the truck as well? Appreciate any input from those that know this kind of stuff. Should I only get a "body lift or Suspension lift"? Thanks in advance!
