So I am sure this has been asked like a bizzilliin times so I apologize in advance.

I want to keep the stock rims and just do a level kit from redi lift. Looks like a bolt on spacer. I don’t mind pinning the felt back on the front fender wells.
What would be the largest tire I could go on the stock 20 inch rims?
    2. I am old this is my retirement truck will this be detrimental to my truck 10 years down the road?
    Thanks in advance

Welcome! I have a 24 Limited, I went with a 1.75" Rough Country level in front and nothing in rear. It sits 1/4" higher in the rear now. I also installed P285/65R20 tires. I think you could go 295 from what I've read but I just stuck with the 285's & am happy with it. It still has the factory ride.20241011_155426.jpg 20241011_155441.jpg Good luck.

beautiful truck man i love the look. thanks for the info. I think the redi lift is 2 inches so will be pretty darn close to looking like yours but in a different color. Did you by chance change out the CVJ joints? Did they have to do an alignment after the level kit?
    thanks

2024 1794 Hybrid also. Dealer installed the 3.5 RC lift kit and Nitto Ridge Grapplers with LT295/65-R20. Without wheel spacers on the stock rims, it took quite a bit of trimming on the fender wells and I get rubs on the sway bars that limit me to just shy of full lock.

I’d say you’re limited to 34” with the stock rims.

I am looking at 295/60 R20 they show to be 33.94 inches tall and the redi lift level kit states you can run 34 inch tires so me going from the 60 instead of the 65 you have there should be little to no rub.
    thanks
    nice truck!

It's my understanding that any level that's 2" or lower, the front CV's should be fine. I don't do big offroading to stress them anyway, and you will most definitely need an alignment.

I was previously running a 2” BDS level with 35x12.5 with no rubbing. I did need to pin back the felt liner.
