I've designed LED center console badges for the 2014-2021 Tundra's

They tap 12V power from the cigarette lighter port wires on the back of the center console.

The single color version uses a remote to change the brightness, but you'll likely only need to use it once, to set the desired brightness.

But the individually addressable RGB version (like installed in my truck) uses the WLED app to control everything. (brightness and color/patterns)

They can also be customized with your choice of word or name
