LED DRL programing?

I saw a video (which I can't find now) where someone programed the LED light ring around the headlight, making it move and spin. Google and YouTube is giving me nothing. I thought it was an 88rotors job but not sure. Anyone ever hear of a way to program those LED daytime running lights on the 2018-19 models?

 

I know some retrofitters created modified LED DRL boards with RGBs or Switchbacks so it’s possible if you find the right people to do the job because this implies baking and opening your headlights and again could be is a headache in the future if you not choose a professional to do the job.

 

I think what you are seeing in the videos is the natural way the camera sees the LED lighting. They appear to be moving but to the human eye they are not.

 

I think you're probably thinking about programmable LED halo rings. I know Oracle makes some. Here's a video.
