Led bar installation without drilling??

Hi Guys,
Is there any way I could install led bar on roof without drilling holes. I was thinking if I can use roof rack holes to put led bar roof mount. I searched online I found lots of Tacoma guys use factory roof holes below the roof weather stripes to install roof rack and then installing led bar to that rack. But I was just wondering if I can do something similar without installing roof rack to my Tundra??
