I recently purchased a 2020 Tundra Limited and couldn't be more happy with it except one thing. I had 200 miles on it so far and my driver seats leather seems to have creasing in the seating already. Is this normal? I'm thinking no.

That will happen in any seat if you slide in and out of the truck. Throwing in the driver side grab handle might help you get up and in/out and save some wear on the seat!

All you can do is try to avoid sliding off it as you get out. Driver side grab handle and running boards help. Otherwise, par for the course.

I've owned a few Toyotas, all with leather. They ALL do that. All that you can do is to try to avoid sliding out of the seat by lifting your butt off the seat before moving to the left (assuming that you are in the driver's seat). Another good reason to purchase the driver pillar handle.

The leather creasing was the main reason we added a pair of n-fab podiums on our truck. I also wiped the interior down with a product called leather honey to give it some moisture. Seamed to help.
