I have a LonePeak wedge style camper on order. Base weight of the camper is 400lbs and I imagine after adding gear I will have a constant weight of about 650lbs then occasionally more when loaded up for trips.

I currently have Bilstein 5100’s front and rear with the fronts on middle setting with 2 Coachbuilder 1/2” shims on the driver side and one on the passenger. This puts me just slightly nose high maybe 1/2-3/4”.

The end goal would to have about 1” of rake loaded with my constant weight. Any recommendations on leaf spring packs to look at or other recommendations? Also with the 5100’s it says the rears are good for 1” of lift, is there any stretching this out?

    Thanks in advance.

I use RAS spring helpers for the same camper load. I put enough tension on the springs to keep it at around stock level. Rides great and doesn't sag.

I have the icon leafs on mine with about 300lbs of constant extra weight and another 300+ when loaded up for a trip, and they do pretty well. I agree that custom leafs from alcan or deaver are probably better, but the icons are half the price and there is no wait to get them made.

If you go custom you'll need to get the camper on and loaded and take your truck to a scale
