I'm ready to ditch the lift blocks on my truck and I was wondering what would you do. Here's my situation:

    1. buy a new 4" lift leaf springs from Atlas Springs for $1000 and wait 2 months.
    or
    2. get my old leaf springs re-arched for $500 and wait a week. Only problem is I will have to drop off my truck or buy a used set. I'm guessing $300 for a set from the wrecking yard.

This is my daily driver so I'm kind of in a jam here. Any opinions welcome.

Without knowing the specs on the Atlas, but assuming those will come with new bushings and u bolts, I would go that route in your case.

Rearching an already fatigued strip of metal doesn't say longevity to me, though I'm sure plenty of guys will support that route. If your leaf springs are up in mileage the bushings may be worn. Add to that the downtime, or worse, buying backup springs, and the cost benefit is about lost.
