So here is my setup and I need new springs....Toytec shackles at 1.5, 1/2 block, and rear bumper weighing 130 lbs. The block will be removed. Mostly daily driver and own a 3800 lb travel trailer using a WDH.

Option 1 - Alcan quoted me for springs with 1/2 inch of lift and using the Toytecs at 1.5 for the 2 inch total.

Option 2 - OME Dakar with OME greasble shackles

Option 3 - Deavers (have not looked into them yet)

Alcans. Ordered mine last week. I think your wandering block is the root of the problems you've been having.

Thanks. Toytec said my passenger side is flat too. I got a quote in my email. He's said 5 to 6 weeks. Not bad at all. I forgot to ask if they had a military discount though.

I ordered Alcans and they will be used with my Toytec shackles at 1.5.
