In the last 3 weeks i have replaced - upper an lower control arms, steering rack
, outer tie rods , front wheel bearings, sway bar end links
, sway bar bushings, 1 power steering line and pcv valve.
Now my parts were all mail
order. Im sure you all know ho
w much time that can take.
The reason aching is in the title is , i was aching !
    I dont remember the ground
being so cold , or the stones
being so big , or the nuts and bolts being so inaccessable.
Of course i was much younger when i did most of my wrenching. It was more fun then too. Getting out of school friday afternoon.
To see how fast we could swap out a cam or some other performance part. All hi
to make it on time to cruise friday and saturday night.
What a blast we had !
But now its alot harder , a little
    older and alot less limber.
Yeah it hurt more this time ,
but i still had a blast. Driving
today was great, it was like my tundra was new again.
I will never quit wrenching my
Own rigs. It is to satisfying!

Strong work sir. It does keep getting progressively harder, but remains mentally and financially rewarding.

Great you were able to do it all in one shot. I would have spaced out some of the work for a later time myself, like the steering rack, tie rods and lines.
