Anyone ever use Klasse all in one anymore? I found some in my detailing crate and from a few years ago. I shook it up well and got the polisher out and put some on mommas car. It still beats anything I’ve tried but I don’t keep up with the latest trends. I’m going to get some more unless someone can lead me in a better direction.

    What are your goals?
I used the “twins” for years. I’m not concerned with perfect paint. My cars are daily drivers.

im all about time saving as I get older so I’d steer you towards a coating. Do a thorough prep and apply.

We have daily drivers. Just cleaning it up with a shine. Ha! I’ve done the multi step correction in the past but the last few years I’m a one step kinda guy. I’m getting old and don’t have the time or stamina to go all out. I was just curious if anyone still used this product. I love the all in one. I never tried the twin tho.

It’s a non abrasive “cleaner” polish. I used it for years.

I graduated from klasse to rupes polishes, sealant topped with carnuba wax. Did this for a few years, twice a year spring and fall.

currently, and take it for what it’s worth I’m all about easy, fast and less maintenance.

    my new process:

    1. Prep car (wash, clay towel, iron remover, polish, panel prep)
    2. Ceramic coating.

I use spray polishes now. I’ll never go back. I use 1 pad per car, lake country pad washer. Clean pad after each pass.

I use a rotary. Don’t be scared. Go to YouTube and search for Diydetail and follow their process (s-ray polish, waffle pad, low speed, low pressure, etc). Game changing stuff.

I use Diydetail products mainly now, but optimum technologies, and mckees also sell spray polish.

I believe ceramic coatings are the way to go, but with the, disclaimer I’ve used a ceramic coating this fall for the first time.

the Diydetail “process” is a game changer, and coatings are easier and faster to apply. They may require a “maintenance” wash a few times a year.

I don’t care about perfect paint. I just want “shiny scratches”, and something that’s a time saver.

but at the end of the day if you are happy with the results you get for the time invested with klasse then there’s nothing wrong with buying more of it. As I said I used it for years and, was, happy.

    many many roads to Babylon.

Thanks for the advice! I may be a little timid about the rotary devices. It takes me longer with the orbitals but I can’t mess up my vehicles unless I’m drop them on it. Ha! I’ll look into your suggestions and see how it goes.

I used a rotary for the first time this year. They are not dangerous. Actually you will burn paint with d/a faster than a rotary. You just have to use the lowest speed and a damp, CLEAN pad with little pressure.

rotary is much easier on the joints too

If you’re wanting to stick with a one step, I’d recommend optimum’s GPS. After the polish, wipe it off with a spray wax/sealant. It’s a time saver, and will give you a bit more protection.
