So went to my buddies house and finished installing my front King coilovers from Boss 4x4. Instructions state to remove the UCA from the spindle but what we did was remove the two lower ball joint bolts, took off the sway bar and used a long pinch bar to push down on the lower arms enough to slip them in. It was a pain to snake them in from the bottom, but we got the first one done in about 45 minutes, and the other in about 15. I have an appointment to get the alignment done on Monday. Now to figure out what size tires fit that'll be more aggressive.

The TSS works fine with the stock grill and lifted 2.5 inches. I have a TRD Pro getting painted now and have the 3D printed bracket to mount it to. If I run into issues with it mounted then we can make adjustments to the 3D backer and get it taken care of.

wait for the front to settle before getting alignment in case you need to re-adjust the driver side for the Tundra lean.

Mine is a 2018 with 1,500 miles. Hope I don't develop the lean this early, lol. There's a natural lean especial with a full 38 gallon fuel tank, but I've seen where others was much more drastic.

I've run Kings, Foxes, Radflos and Icons on the last two trucks (change my mind like I change my underwear) and expect to see some lean. Thank you for the advice though.

Glad to hear no issues on the TSS...I am waffling on lifting mine for that reason!

Good job! Looks great! I also separated the lower ball joints rather than mess with the upper control arm. Took me much longer, though, doing it myself with regular hand tools and in 95+ degree Texas heat in my apartment’s parking lot. Snaking them in was a bit difficult and so was aligning the lower ball joints and spindle for reinstall, but got it done nonetheless.

Nice Work  295/70/18 is the size most guy's are running. You could move up to 35" , but for 1/2" more plus width, you could run into some problems. As far as the lean, I have a 1/4" CB Shim that lifts to 1/2" that I bought, but didn't use. If you end up needing it i will give you a member discount :D. PM me@Cuban11182 if interested. GLW tire search:thumbsup:

    +1 on 295/70/18.
also gotta think about the spare, I went full size and was able to fit the 295 underneath the bed but I don't think you can go bigger there.

Ah gotcha, thanks for that info. So this is the alternative to the Bilstein TRD Pro setup that everybody always said was much better and that you get a lot more for the $ in these Kings vs Bilstein Pros. Dang, glad I never bought the Pro suspension. I'm thinking these are the new goal :D :D
