Anyone else have experience with this ? My Tacoma was exactly the same on the passenger door. I tried lubing the key blowing compressed air knocking on the cylinder with no luck. Is it time to buy a new doorlock cylinder ?
Or is there something else I can
    Try ??

Have you looked to see if one of the rods is disconnected inside the door? That would be the first thing I would check.
