I have a 06 tundra and the key fob has a green light on it can I replace it with one without a light.

If you check out www.keylessride.com they have a web page that allows your to select what key fob you need. For your truck they show different options, one has an LED and the others don't, one was for a regular cab, the other was for a double cab.
To try to answer your question I selected something like "I'm not sure what my fob looks like, please guide me", they refer you to their phone number for guidance.

If no one here can answer your question, I would probably give them a buzz.
