We have a situation on a 2014 Tundra 4x4 5.7 where the dash was removed to replace HVAC Evaporator Core and once back together many things were not working, but since have gotten all working except the remote key fob will not lock and unlock doors. It is sending a signal that has been verified in the ECU and panic button works, batteries are good, neither remote will work. Can't find any plugs unplugged, hoping someone has experienced this and can guide to final solution before go insane.

No program needed, nothing was replaced.

Found the problem, there are 2 small 2 wire connectors on steering column for transponder and unlock warning switch that were plugged in wrong, swapped them and works as designed. Thanks for help and advise.
