2019 tundra limited offroad

I want to run the 17 inch Kansei Wheels on my 2019 tundra crewmax.the wheels that i am looking at come in a 0 and -10 offset. I want to buy Toyo at3 tires for them but i want the least amount of poke that i can with the least amount of trimming.will everything clear the stock UCA's. I am also instaliing bilstein 6112 front struts that are at the 2.5 setting. What offset should i buy 0 or -10
