Kaady Kar Wash too rough?

First time ever using Kaady and it halfway tore the cap off my passenger side mirror. Broke the clip on it. It still stays on, but man that sucked.

I didn’t say anything because I used to work at a car wash and I already know what they’re going to say.

Just thought I’d share and give a heads up.

 

Did you fold in your mirrors like the manual says to? I got no KKW near me, but did go to a contactless wash the other day. I didn't fold my mirrors in and am surprised they didn't get blown off.
