Just picked up console safe, question please…

I just picked up the oem console safe for my ‘21 Tundra. Prob wont be here for another couple of days. Install seems pretty straight forward. Any issues or problems or is it pretty much good to go to secure a firearm. Thanks

 

I was able to get mine in without undoing the lid. Console vault has an updated lock that's nicer than the stock lock. Overall it's been solid.

 

We have the Console Vault safes in both of our 4Runners; we’ve been very pleased; easy to install and we have secured our ccw in the safes when we’ve needed to; a magnet for the weapon might be a good idea.

 

I was thinking a light might be helpful too.
