Just installed new engine, no start, no fuel

2011 Tundra

I’ve just completed a engine install on my 2011 tundra. I pre oiled and cranked briefly. Installed plugs and attempted to start. Cranked but no start. Disconnected one fuel rail, cranked but no fuel. Did not hear fuel pump run either.
Did not have this problem before the engine change.
I will start looking at this challenge tomorrow, all suggestions welcome.
