Just bought a 05 4X4 Double Cab

Hi everybody, I just bought a 2005 4x4 Double cab. It has 97k miles and an excellent interior.

I had the timing belt and water pump changed last week, at the same time, my mechanic inspected the Lower Ball Joints and says they are still good.

Next I am having all fluids flushed, except the transmission fluid.
ASAP I am greasing the zerks on the drivetrain.

What else should I be doing?

 

I would check all the bushings and boots, anything rubber, the axels may need looked at. I'd also double check the tie rods just to be safe. Also, let's see a picture of that beast! Welcome to the DC life .

What’s the frame look like? Where are you located?

 

The frame is clean. I am in Las Vegas, NV. The truck spent most of its life in SoCal.
