I have 2012 tundra platinum and recently my radio stop working the navigation screen works (along with touch screen) and controls on the steering wheel works. That is all. 16365058747658063974598250534625.jpg The buttons (except the load cd) doesn't work. Speakers doesn't work. I checked 2 fuses and they are good. And did a reboot.
If I push the voice command on the steering wheel I get a faint cracking noise from the front speakers. Please help.

My JBL system went out the 2nd day of ownership…but that was intentional. Does the headunit not function between sources when you try to select other options, just no audio? If it’s just audio, could be the amp—loose connection or going out. If it’s the headunit malfunctioning, could be circuitry on the board going out. Might try disconnecting the battery for a few and see if that gets it going again.

I am able to change between Bluetooth satellite fm stations all from my steering wheel controls. The buttons on the unit doesn't work. The speakers doesn't work.
If I play music through Bluetooth my phone shows I am connected and so does the unit. But no volume. When playing FM radio I see the stations on the unit but no volume.
The only time I get any noise from the speakers is when the voice command speaks but it's very faint and static.
If the amp is going out would that make the buttons not work?
I just changed my battery 2 weeks ago. Could this have something to do with it?

I think there are 4 fuses in the 2nd gen that have to do with your stereo/nav 2 interior and 2 in the engine bay…
    this link shows fuse locations:
24/25 interior box and 21/22 engine bay box:
    https://fuse-box.info/toyota/toyota-tundra-xk50-2007-2013-fuses/amp

odd with the buttons, amp would be possible for sound but not the buttons not working. Check for the additional fuses, and maybe try disconnecting your negative terminal for a min and reconnecting if all fuses look ok
