I bought a 2025 Tundra in March and just installed a BAK flip MX4 cover and am having issues, curious if anyone else has seen the same.

I cannot get all the latches to snap closed at the same time. The two closest to the tailgate are the worst, the ones behind give trouble but have been able to get both of these to latch at the same time. I have adjusted it multiple times and no matter what, at least one latch will not close. The cover also will not close with the tailgate closed.

The other issue I have am having is water ingress, mainly from the corners closes to the cab. I have taken the cover off, adjusted rails, and reinstalled multiple times but cannot keep water out. It also leaks through the Styrofoam block where the hose connects. My main concern is that water just pools on in the back corners and sits on top of the holes I enlarged to fit the hose, I am concerned about damage to the composite bed with water pooling.

Anyone else experience any of the issues and have any advice on how to mitigate? I bought from realtruck and am waiting to see if they or BAK has any advice.

Can’t help you with the water intrusion, but did you slide the mounting clamps into the rails, I had the same issue until I did this.
