Anyone else have the drivers seat head rest adjust up to its maximum height with you not adjusting it?

I can lower it down to where it bottoms out. Sit in the seat and next thing I know its raised up to its maximum height.

The only way to lower it is to push in on the lock, press it down. But it will not stay down LOL.
