Is tundra seats interchangeable?

I want leather seats but if I get the cheaper option I would like to just get it from a wrecked tundra and make it fit my tundra but if I have to get Katzskin or clazzio seats then it is what it is

 

As long as you get them from the same generation. It doesn't matter the year or trim within a generation.

I have a 2012 tundra CM. I want leather seats but was wondering if I can just have it swapped out from another tundra because it will probably cost me less then having it from clazzio or katzskin.

 

Any seats from a 2007-2013 should fit.
Not 100% sure if the front seats from 2014-2021 will fit, they look similar. But the back seats are different.

 

Is it an easy swap or any modifications needed? My tundra has manual seats.

 

Poke around in this thread and follow links posted. It will lead to more/better info than what I know. I think the 2nd gen seats are more comfy than the 2.5 gen seats. But I think I determined the swap was more involved than it was worth, so I didn't look more into it.
