Is this actual carbon fiber?

I’m confused. Is it just a stick on or does it actually replace the original plastic piece?

I did, it said made from abs so I have no idea what it means by made by abs and it doesn’t look like just a stick on type.

 

Clues:

1) Carbon fiber "look" (Not real c/f)

2) Item Description:
Material: ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene, aka cheap plastic)

3) Red tape showing on back side. Adhesive tape to stick to your stock console and dash parts, not replace them.
(Otherwise known as an overlay.)
