Is there a way to test the jack on the stock head unit w/Carplay?

    I have not been able to find any info on the issue I am having.
    Everything works fine in Carplay, except for my phone. I have tried new cables.
    The problem is reception when on the phone. People can hear me, but its just so spotty I can't hear them, or I get bits and pieces. I'm thinking it might be the jack, which I have already cleaned. Does anyone have any insight to this problem?
