Hi, I am new to the forum and just got a used 2020 Tundra from a local dealer recently. The paperwork says it is a Tundra 1794 Edition but I do not see 1794 logo on this truck like we usually see on other trucks of 1794 edition. The only logo near rearview mirror shows "Platinum". Could it be a mistake on dealer's paperwork stating it is a 1794 edition? Not a big deal but just curious if it is a 1794 edition or not. By the way, the interior is black leather. Thanks in advance!

Could be a mistake. The 1794s have the distinct brown interior.

Easiest way to determine is to type your VIN into the Toyota owners webpage.

But, yeah, 99.99% sure it's not 1794. Only way it could be is if the previous owner removed all of the 1794 cosmetics and seat covers.

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! If the interior is black leather, and it is still OEM, it is a Platinum. 1794's have all the same features as Platinums but they have brown saddleback leather interiors. They also have a big chrome grill, whereas the Platinum has more of a honeycomb grill. If your local dealer is a Toyota dealer, they are completely ignorant. I would not trust them for anything else.

Much thanks to ALL for the quick responses!!! It seems a mistake on dealer's paperwork, I believe. The interior seats have black leather with "Platinum" logo on them. I just registered on owner's website and checked the specs of the truck, it did not mention 1794 at all. Thank you ALL again!!!

    Alot of them
I would check the pricing as well. Many dealers usually have a higher sales price for the 1794's.
