Is anyone running the SONY AX8000 in a 2nd GEN? If so can you post a pic of it please? I did search but only found 1 photo and it was mounted in a totally different configuration then what i am considering. As large as the opening is in the Metra dash kit I currently have I am wondering if it could be positioned so that it is barely protruding and look more OEM-ish then the normal aftermarket units that sit recessed into the dash.

Just installed mine. Had to put it at the lowest setting and the furthest tilt.

Been running it now for about 6 Months without a single issue. I do recommend getting the steering wheel control adapter. Love how the Voice Command button pulls up Siri.
