Interior Lighting

I’m sure this is a stupid question, but ever since I changed out my factory NAV unit my cup holders don’t light up anymore and I can’t figure out how to turn on the footwell lights. I can’t remember if they were somehow tied in to the factory stereo

How do I get my footwell lights to come on?

 

My guess would be you popped the illumination fuse. I'd start there.

Unfortunately it wasn’t the fuse. All the other interior lights work. They stopped working the same time I replaced the HU ( I think ). It look like a bitch to remove the console to access the button to see if there is power to it.

 

Just figured it out ( I’m a moron ). When I pulled out the piece that holds the cigarette lighters, one of the taps pulled loose. Everything is fine and dandy now
