Installing spacer without removing the assembly?

    Hey all, bought a 2018 tundra with 20" rims & tires. Want to raise the front say 2". Is it possible to use coil spring compression clamps to compress the springs enough to just unbolt the shock at top to install the spacer instead of all the work I have seen on the net?.
