Installing Fender Flares on a SR Model

Hello, I’m getting ready to take delivery of a 2022 Tundra SR and super stoked! Aside from aftermarket wheels and tires, I feel some OEM black fender flares or TRD Pro fender flares would fill it out nicely.

My question is, are those fender flares bolt on install, or do they require some sort of drilling into the fenders, etc?

From what i can tell, the SR trim doesn't have the holes needed for oem fender flares.
