here at America's Tire to install 18 inch rims and tires on my Platinum with TRD Calipers and the rims won't clear due to the big calipers. Will it clear if I removed the TRD calipers and install regular calipers? Want to make sure before I go thru the expense replacing it and finding out that it won't work.
I don't want to install KO2 on the 20 inch rims. Will an aftermarket 18 inch rims work?
    Thanks for any replies20200820_084145.jpg 20200820_085346.jpg

Yes, TRD big brake kit requires 20" wheels. Going to the small, stock brake caliper and rotors will allow you to fit 18" wheels.

Yes, brake bleeding required cuz you will be disconnecting the brakes lines to install oem calipers. Just a suggestion but I would not downgrade calipers. I'd keep the trd bbk.

Yes looks like the high cost of downgrading to stock calipers and rotors and cost of labor suggest to keep the TRD big brake kit and the 20 inch rims
