Installed BMS BOV but no boost during park?

2023 Trd Pro Tundra Solar Octane

So I installed the blow off valves from Burger Motorsports and everything is fine, no CEL, fine driving no hesitation etc. But I was just wondering about the turbos... Do they not spin when the car is in neutral or park? I tried to take a video of the noise but it wouldn't build boost in park or neutral. Driving is 100% fine and boost builds no problems.

They spin but no boost is commanded...you have to put a load on the truck/engine that will then in turn command boost...its not like the old school setups that would tsu tsu tsu at idle
