    Hello all,

My first post ever asking for help with a Toyota anything, so please go easy on me :)

I bought my truck two days ago. I am considering installing some accessories, namely some power running boards and/or a tonneau cover, the kind with the gas shocks that pop open.

My last truck (Ford), I made many mods, and I always took care to carefully run wires and make everything look as factory as possible. That standard will continue for me throughout my Tundra ownership.

On the picture I'm pasting is just like my truck, where it's circled there's two or three "blanks" where switches would've went if I had the Platinum Platinum package, instead of the Platinum package like I apparently got. What's involve in taking these blanks out and replacing them with switches to control aftermarket accessories?

those switches are all built into one unit. You cant just add switches....have to go custom
