    All,
My 2013 Tundra SR5/TSS Pkg does not sense when the door is open or closed. It always believes the door is always closed so the courtesy light stays off, no tones are heard if I leave the lights on or keys in the ignition. I HAVE ALREADY tested the Courtesy Door switch and even swapped it out but still no response/change. I do not see any breaks in the wire or connectors. Anyone else had this problem or have ideas how to repair?
    Thanks in advance!

I haven't found any blown fuses... all the other doors work as they are supposed to work; the driver's door never changes. If I open the driver's door and leave it open, the truck will still believe the door is closed and automatically relock the doors (thinks no door was opened so it auto-relocks).

Did you buy used? Someone might have bypassed it on purpose so they could play the radio with the door open.

I attached a electrical wiring PDF file .

    good luck,john

To close this "old" thread; I found out that someone had put teflon tape around the door switch on the driver's side so it couldn't get a ground connection! Obviously the previous owner didn't like the door ding when he/she left the doors open?? I've since moved on to my 2019 TRD Pro... :)
