Infotainment Issue

    24 Smoked Mesquite Tundra Limited w TRD lift
    Hey everyone. My daughter and I were singing Whitney Houston's "I wanna dance with somebody" as one does and the radio randomly switched off Xm and to my phone and played nothing. Then sometimes it switches back to XM or I have to switch it back to the radio. It is not switching to CarPlay but to the Native Bluetooth screen. To this point I do not think I have been able to complete a song on XM without the radio switching.

    I repaired the phone and did all the basic turning on and turning off. Does anyone know any remedies?
