I want to say hi to all tundras.
I bought a new Toyota Tundra Limited 2018. For the last few months I have a problem with increased noise, which I think comes from the machine, as if there is a problem with the exhaust or something around the exhaust manifold. The noise comes when I drive a little faster, or increase speed.
I went to the service, but they say it's all normal, but I’m think not normal.

Maybe someone started cutting the exhaust pipes to steal your catalytic converters, but didn't finish the job for some reason. I would think a service technician would see cuts, but maybe not if pretty small and they might have even been covered with mud or something when they took a look. Hard to guess without a good look and listen. You can purchase diagnostic listening equipment that will allow you to listen to different areas of the vehicle as you drive it in order to locate causes of strange noises. About $100 for the reusable equipment.

I have a few questions and thanks in advance.
    - When driving on the highway, I get a sound(noise) that bothers everyone in the vehicle. the same noise comes when I increase the speed, or when I have a load on the trailer.
-Also, when I compare the ease of turning the steering wheel of my Toyota vs RAM, Ford, Chevrolet - I feel that the steering wheel is very hard compared to other trucks of the same category

You need both, a stereo system upgrade and a gym membership!

Stock exhaust is super quiet and you mostly hear the intake air. You may want to check your air filter and intake assembly for any blockages. Otherwise as posted above crawl under and check for issues in the exhaust piping but for a 2018 it would be unlikely to be rust and more likely to be cats cut/attempted cut.

You need to explain what the noise sounds like. "A sound" or "a noise" is to nondescript for anyone here to know what you are hearing.

As for steering, all manufacturer's calibrate things differently. Looking at a how a chevy, dodge, or ford feels differently does not mean there is a problem with the Tundra. It doesn't mean there isn't a problem, but that is purely a subjective interpretation, so there's nothing to troubleshoot. You're going to have to be more descriptive of what you are hearing and feeling before anyone here can help you.
