what TRD features are better than all the stuff a platinum has?

why not a platinum TRD then?

What are the main TRD features you're interested in? Seems like you would be better off improving your platinum with aftermarket equipment than losing the money on trade in values.

Thats the next option . Was thinking of the toyota lift kit and the Toyo Open Country R/T Trail 35x12.5x17 0mm Offset. Wheels are Method 314 in Black.

thats way better on a platinum than the stock base off-road package on a limited IMO

maybe the locker is missing depending on what you are looking for as far as real off-road ability

Very true on all counts . Alot cheaper to get the tires/rims in the states then in this backward country so Im pricing out the lift kit from the dealer ( warranty) and will check out tires/rims south of the border .

    What happened? Why trade in?

Don't tell us it's because of the Trd looks or functions

Do you really need the e locker enough to justify the loss?
