2007 Tundra SR5 Dbl cab 5.7 long bed

I swapped out o2 sensors, with negative cable disconnected. Reconnected, began drive cycle. After some miles I stopped for groceries. Neither key now will unlock the ignition. What the heck? Waiting for 10 minutes then reconnect.
Update, all good.
