New member here. Long time owner with a unique issue on my 2010 Sequoia Limited

#7 ignition coil keeps frying. I've been thru 5 coils in less than 2 months. Truck has 286K mi, always kept in good shape. Wondering if anyone else had/has this issue.
I gave up testing on my own (no time) and my mechanic has the truck now.
All I can think of is bad head gasket (slight bubbles not stopping in radiator but still red), bad fuel injector (cylinder running lean). He's gonna compression test it hopefully today.

I replaced the spark plugs and use only Denso coils from a denso dealer.

    Any help is greatly appreciated
