    hi All,

I recently bought a 2018 Tundra with an Icon Stage 6 maybe Stage 7 kit on it.

We have had it in the dirt a couple of times now, and it has done very well. Im actually quite shocked how well it does.

We also have a Rzr XP with the full Shock Therapy setup so this is unfortunatley what i have to compare it to.

my question is vauge im sure but i just dont really know the answer and i have not found it in my searching.

My question is simply how capable are these systems? The truck has the 2.5 CDC shocks front and rear. It does great in the dirt but my question is how hard can you realistically run these trucks? I know its not a Rzr that will soak up the 3ft whoops at 45-60 mph, but what will they take? I have had to turn the shocks up quite a bit (i think i was around 5 front/7rear) from where i drive it on the street, but i have not gone fully closed yet.

My question could easily be to vague and not answerable, but i figured this would be a decent place to ask.

We had it out in Johnson Valley twice now, and it almost seemed the faster we drove the better it got until we got into the big whoop stuff.

    Kinda looking for experiences/advice

    Thank you in advance!

Icons are digressive which I’ve read to mean that you’ll feel everything at low speeds but can drive bumps at faster speeds. I’ve been using icon for years and like them. One of my shocks had a squeak when new and I emailed icon to ask about it. They said it was because I haven’t driven it hard enough yet. I went down some bumpy roads at higher speeds and the squeak went away.
