I bought a set of Icon RXT leaf packs, installed the extra spring for “stage 3” weight load. I have the military wraps toward the front, front of spring is bolted, free floating from the axel and this is where the rear shackle hits. Not even possible to get it in and it’s a roughly a 45 degree angle.

Did I get sent the wrong pack? Manufacturing error? Or am I doing something wrong that I’m not seeing. Spent about 30 minutes before closing trying to get Icon on the phone but kept getting sent to voicemail. Any input appreciated, thanks in advance

Just confirmed the stock number painted on the spring is the correct number that correlates with a 07-21 Tundra.

The leaf is going to have a lot more bend to it at option 3. Assuming you put it together correctly you may just need to jack the frame of the truck up more to get that clearance you need. Once everything is bolted together and weight is on the truck the shackle should end up in the correct position.

Got it figured out. Thanks for the reply. For anyone searching this in the future, attach the rear shackle first then jack up the axel to seat it in the front slot along with a little prying and cussing. Also leave the u-bolts off until front and rear are pinned. First timer mistake, hopefully the other side goes smooth.
